responsible for the content of any registration pages (CVs) and the films, photographs,
music or personal views expressed therein: they are the responsibility of the posting
member and not Profile99. Profile99 does not review CVs in any way before they appear
on the CV area of the Site. Profile99 reserves the right to remove any CV from the
Site. Profile99 provides space for Member CVs but makes no implied or expressed warranties
about the reliability of these pages. Profile99 is not responsible for any damage
caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of member CVs: individual
members are responsible for monitoring their pages.
MEMBER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, music, sound,
photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (content) posted on Profile99
is the sole responsibility of the person from which the Content originated. Profile99
does not control the Content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee
the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand that by using
the service, you may be exposed to Content that may be considered offensive, indecent
or objectionable. The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that
are not permitted on the Site: Any use of copyrighted material without permission
of the author or owner. Material that portrays illegal activity, exploitation

Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national
or international law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
The Member agrees that the use of the

without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Furthermore, neither
does Profile99 provide any warranty with respect to any content, information, services
or products provided through or in conjunction with the site. The member agrees
that Profile99 is not liable for any conduct by members associated with the Site including,
but not limited to, members CVs, films, music or photographs. Profile99 and third-party
Content providers make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness
of any information on the Site and are not responsible for:-
a) any errors or omissions
arising from the use of information,
b) any failures, delays or interruptions in
the delivery of any content or services contained within the site, or
c) losses
or damages arising from the use of the content or services by the Site.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnity and hold Profile99 and employees harmless
from any claim or demand, including solicitors fees, made by any third party due
to or arising out of your Content, your use of service, your connection to the service

immediately deactivate or delete your Profile99 CV and associated film, photograph,
or music therein and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further,
you agree that Profile99 shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination
of your access to the service.
ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Profile99 may run advertisements and promotions
on the site. By registering on Profile99 you agree that Profile99 has the right to run
such advertisements and promotions. Your correspondence or business dealings with,
or participation in promotions of, advertisements found on the service are solely
between you and such advertiser. You agree that Profile99shall not be responsible
